The Vera bergère comfortable armchair reinterprets the lines of the Vera armchair, exploring a different kind of comfort, which grant a total relaxing position to the shoulders and the head.
The frame in solid Canaletta walnut is designed and carved with the elegant knowledge and craftsmanship of the best artisans. The high backrest in Cuoietto leather is part of the frame and embraces the soft cushions of the seat and back. The armchair’s upholstered seat and back cushions are available in the fabric and leather finishes of the collection. Thanks to the elegant and gentle lines, Vera Bergere is designed for modern living rooms in domestic settings and for reception rooms in hotels and restaurants.
The contemporary and modern style, in addition to the different mixtures of materials, makes these design armchairs perfect for any environment.
Gabriele Buratti, architect and professor of interior architecture at the Design department of Politecnico di Milano and Oscar Buratti, architect, together founded the BURATTI ARCHITETTI studio. The Studio has a multidisciplinary practice, which covers buildings and urban areas, architecture to interiors, furniture and object design, as well as design of exhibitions and showrooms. An intense and varied professional path in which themes, places and typologies, brands and people, materials and craftsmanship, mingle together. Buratti brothers share with Porada the intention of combining culture and professional specialization, experimentation and technique, original visions, and product quality. “We don’t believe in striking gestures, but in the ability to transfer into the object a broader view of the space, good technique and care of detail.”
